Caribbean Woman


There was a sudden pause
As she enter the room
And we all knew who
When she steps in her grace blesses us all
Caribbean Woman
The best out of them all

Caribbean Woman
When your waist moves to that soca ridim
Creating new waves
Causing that bumpa to be dangerous

When your voice fills the air
With an accent that cannot compare
Switch up From real raw and bruk up
To the calm Queen's Tongue

When your skin Deep as chocolate
Pale as sand
Illuminate the land
Caribbean Woman

You are of true beauty
Crown placed right on top
As you are the real Royalty
That would make Man bow down to his knees
Crying "will you please marry me?"

Caribbean Woman
Your intelligence
Strength
Courage
And Power is like no other.
You've held down households
And taking over the work force

Caribbean Woman with all your grace and beauty
You are special to me.

The pause is then filled with murmurs of admiration
As the Caribbean Woman struts to her table
A little laugh escape my lips
